Company-Wide AI Rollout & Training
Your team is already using AI. We set it up for your business, then train every person on it.
One secure company account, clear rules, AI connected to your tools, and tools built for each role, with hands-on training for everyone who gets a licence.
Sound familiar?
Almost every owner we talk to says at least three of these.
“My team is using AI, and I have no idea what they're putting into it.”
Client files, financials, and employee information going into free personal accounts, with no rules and no record of it.
“We don't have any rules for it.”
No policy, and no answer when a client or your insurance carrier asks how you handle AI.
“We pay for it, and hardly anyone uses it.”
A few people love it. Everyone else ignores it, because nobody set it up for their job.
“Everyone's figuring it out alone.”
Nothing is connected to your email, files, or CRM, so people copy and paste all day, and nobody shares what works.
“I know we're behind, and I don't know where to start.”
Too many tools, too much noise, and no time to sort it out.
You don't know what your team is putting into AI.
Somewhere in your company this week, someone pasted a client's information into a personal AI account. Not out of carelessness. Nobody told them the rules, gave them a company account, or showed them a better way.

Client and company data in accounts you don't control
Free personal accounts, with no record of what went in, and terms nobody has read.
No policy to point to
When a client, an auditor, or your insurance carrier asks how your firm handles AI, there is no answer.
You carry the liability
A confidentiality breach is the firm's problem, whichever employee caused it and whichever tool they used.
The fix is not complicated.
This is why the rollout exists. Week one is one secure company account, a written AI policy, and control over what AI can see in each of your tools. Then we build for each role and train every person on it.
Training teaches your team to use AI. The rollout builds it for your business.
Both end with your people trained. The difference is everything that happens before that.
| Aspect | Hands-On AI Training | Company-Wide AI Rollout & Training |
|---|---|---|
| In one line | We teach you to do it | We do it for you, then teach you |
| Accounts | Personal or company, whatever you have | We set up and secure your company account |
| Tools and connections | Your team learns to build their own | We build them for each role, then teach your team to build more |
| Company setup | Not included | Settings, policy, guardrails, and your tools connected safely |
| Who's trained | Whoever you choose | Everyone who gets a licence |
Everything included.
One price covers the company setup and every person we train. The only thing quoted separately is connecting a tool that has no connector at all.

- Everything written downQuick-start guides, short how-to videos, and an admin guide, in one shared folder you own.
How it works, start to finish.
About four weeks. Teams run in parallel, so a bigger company does not mean a longer rollout.
We learn how your team worksWeek 1
A short kickoff to get access and name a champion on each team. Then every person does a 10-minute AI interview about their role, tools, and tasks. We group people by role and watch each group do its real work.
Your part: The owner joins the kickoff. Each person does the interview and one session.
We set up the company sideWeeks 1 to 2
A leadership meeting to approve the tool, plan, licences, and policy. Then your company account, security and data settings, company-wide tools, and your apps connected safely.
Your part: Leadership joins one meeting. Your IT, if you have it, helps with login setup.
We build for each roleWeeks 2 to 3
Tools built around each group's real tasks, connected to the apps that group uses, and tested by the person who does the task most before anyone is trained.
Your part: Your champions spend about an hour testing.
We train every personWeeks 3 to 4
A hands-on session for each group, on their own work: how to use what we built, how to build their own, and the policy. Plus an extra session for your champions.
Your part: Each person attends their group's session.
We make sure it sticksWeek 4 to day 30
A follow-up with each group a week after training. Everything handed over in one shared folder. 30 days of email support, and a usage review at day 30.
Your part: The owner joins a 30-minute review. Our goal: 80% of your team using AI every week.
| Who | Time over the 4 weeks |
|---|---|
| The owner | About 3 hours |
| Each person | About 3 to 4 hours |
| Champions | 2 to 3 more hours |
One price, two parts.
Setup covers your whole company. Then a flat rate for each person with a licence, and everyone with a licence gets trained.
A 30-person company is $9,500, or $8,500 if you already have a plan. Half at signing, half at hand-off. AI licences are billed by the provider directly to you. If it saves each person one hour a week, it pays for itself in under two months. See more examples on the pricing page.
Questions we hear about the rollout.
Then your setup is $1,000 instead of $2,000. Having the plan is the easy part. We make sure it is set up safely, connected to your tools, and that your team actually uses it on their work.
Yes. Hands-On AI Training teaches your team to build it themselves. The rollout means we build it for them, set up the company side safely, then train them on what we built. Most teams get further, faster, with the rollout.
Your IT keeps control of security and accounts. We build the AI tools for each role and train your people on them, and we work with your IT the whole way. Most IT teams are glad someone is handling the AI side.
It depends on the work your team does. We recommend one during discovery and explain why. You buy the licences directly from the provider, so you always own the account.
That is why every group gets a follow-up and we review usage at day 30. Our goal is 80% of your team using AI every week, and anyone below that line gets a nudge from us.
About 3 to 4 hours per person over a month, and about 3 hours for the owner. Most of it is the training itself.
$2,000 to set up your company, or $1,000 if you already have a Team or Enterprise plan, plus $250 for each person with a licence, with a minimum of 10. AI licences are billed by the provider directly to you.
You own everything and can run it yourself. If you want us to keep your setup current and keep your team ahead of what is changing in AI, that is the AI Partner Plan.
