We help companies use AI properly. That means three things: hands-on training for your team, a company-wide rollout where we set up AI for your business and train every person on it, and an ongoing partner plan that keeps your team ahead of what is changing. We also build custom AI systems when a business needs something AI cannot do out of the box.
Owner-led professional services firms, usually 10 to 75 people: accounting, law, insurance, financial advisors, real estate, engineering, marketing agencies, and IT companies. The work is mostly at a desk, the data is sensitive, and the owner can make the decision. We work with companies with or without an IT team.
We are in Dayton, Ohio, and work with companies across Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus in person. Everything we do also works virtually, and most training sessions are.

No. A company of any size can start with training. The rollout is priced from 10 people, so a smaller team pays the 10-person minimum, and most teams under 10 start with a training bundle.
Training vs. rollout
Training teaches your team to use AI themselves, on whatever accounts they have. The rollout means we do it for you: one secure company account, a written policy, your tools connected, AI tools built for each role, and then hands-on training for everyone who gets a licence.
Either. If you just want your people trained, book training. If you want the account set up safely, a policy, your tools connected, and tools built for each role, that is the rollout, and your setup fee drops to $1,000 because you already have the plan.
We work with both and recommend one based on the work your team does. You buy the licences directly from the provider, so you always own the account.
Trust, privacy, and control
Safer than it is today. Right now most teams have company data in personal AI accounts with no rules. A rollout moves everyone onto one company account with privacy settings configured for business use, a written policy, and control over what AI can see and change in each tool.
You do. Your AI account, your policy, every tool we build for your team, and all the guides and videos are yours, in your own accounts and your own shared drive.
No. Training is per session. The rollout is a one-time project, half at signing and half at hand-off. The AI Partner Plan is a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month.
Pricing
$225 for a two-hour one-on-one, $500 for a group lunch and learn for up to 15 people after at least one one-on-one, or $1,000 for a bundle of three one-on-ones and a group training.
$2,000 to set up your company, or $1,000 if you already have a Team or Enterprise plan, plus $250 per person with a licence, minimum 10. A 30-person company is $9,500, or $8,500 with an existing plan.
From $1,250 a month for 5 to 15 AI licences, $1,500 for 16 to 30, $2,000 for 31 to 50, and from $2,500 above that. Three-month minimum, then month-to-month.
Yes. When a business needs something AI cannot do out of the box, like a connection to software that has no connector, or an automation built around a specific process, we scope and quote it as a project. See our work for examples.
