A job arrived by email, a tech tallied windows and doors by hand on a clipboard, the paperwork physically drove back to the office, and an admin built each invoice by hand, looking up the specific code for every board-up type. Payment tracking lived in someone's head. Every handoff was a chance for an error.

Let AI read the contract and create the job
The admin uploads the government contract PDF and AI pulls out the site, date, estimated board-ups, and key details, then creates the job automatically and assigns a technician with a click.
Ended the clipboard with on-site capture
At the site, the technician tracks every board-up and takes photos in the tool as they work, then reviews and submits the completed report back to the office instantly. No loose paper, no drive back.
Generated the right invoice in one click
The admin clicks once and AI produces the correctly coded invoice for the city, then logs it to a dashboard the accountant marks paid, so invoicing is faster and the books stay clean.
